🌿 Are your care products handmade?

Yes. Every MARÏYA care product is handcrafted in Morocco, in a small family workshop.
Every bottle is filled by hand, every jar is carefully prepared, and every detail is designed to honour your body.

🧴 Are the products 100% natural?

Our formulas are based on naturally derived ingredients: raw, plant-based or fermented.
No petrochemicals, no unnecessary preservatives, no misleading marketing.
What is on the label is what is in the bottle.

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order is prepared within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery then takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your region.
You will receive an email (or SMS) as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.

💳 What payment methods are available?

You can pay:
— on delivery (cash payment)
— by Moroccan bank card (via CMI)
— or by bank transfer if needed (on request)

🔄 Can I return a product?

We only accept returns in the event of breakage or an order preparation error.
Please write to us within 48 hours at hello.mariya.skin@gmail.com with a supporting photo.
We will always find a caring solution.

🎁 Can I give a gift set?

Yes, and that is how we like them best.
All our sets are designed as meaningful, sensory gifts.
You can leave us a short message, which we will handwrite and slip into the parcel.

🌸 I have sensitive skin. Are these products suitable?

Yes, MARÏYA formulas are designed to suit sensitive skin.
But every body is unique. We always recommend testing on the inner elbow before applying a product to a large area.

📦 Can I order from abroad?

Not yet. For now, MARÏYA only delivers within Morocco.
But if you live elsewhere and would like to receive our care products, write to us… sometimes we find a way.

📆 How do pre-orders work?

MARÏYA is an artisanal brand, with limited production runs.
Products are sometimes available for pre-order : this means you reserve your care product before it is made.
