Returns & Refunds

All our care products are handmade in small quantities.
We therefore cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
– Product broken on arrival
– Order preparation error (product received ≠ product ordered)

Please write to us within 48 hours with a photo at hello.mariya.skin@gmail.com
An exchange, store credit or refund will be offered, depending on the case.

Products that have already been opened or used cannot be returned.
